1. The cookie we set

cart — a random identifier that lets the store remember what you put in your cart between pages. It contains no information about you, it is not linked to your identity, and it expires 24 hours after it is set or when you complete an order. It is strictly necessary for the store to function, which is why it does not require consent under the cookie rules that apply to us.

2. What we store on your device without a cookie

Language preference and light or dark appearance are kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and are cleared when you clear your browser data.

Neither of these is used to recognise you. If you switch browsers, the site simply asks again — that is the expected behaviour, not a fault.

3. What we do not set

No analytics cookies. No advertising or retargeting pixels. No social media buttons that load third-party code. No session recorders or heat maps. No A/B testing tools. No consent management platform, because there is nothing to consent to.

The site loads no scripts, fonts or images from a third-party domain. Everything it needs is served from noltrasoft.com.

4. Cookies at checkout

When you move to the payment page, our payment processor may set its own cookies, which are necessary for it to take a payment securely and to run its fraud checks. Those cookies are set by the processor on its own domain and are governed by its cookie notice, which is linked from the payment page. We have no access to them.

5. Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the cart cookie means the store cannot remember your selections, but you can still browse the site and you can still order by writing to support@noltrasoft.com.

Because we set nothing beyond the cart cookie, there is no preference centre here to configure — the setting you would look for is already at its most private position.

6. Changes

If we ever add a cookie, this page changes before the cookie is set, and anything that is not strictly necessary will ask for your consent first and default to off. Contact legal@noltrasoft.com with any question about this.
